One of my favorite movies of all time turned into a sequel video game back during the PlayStation 2 and original Xbox days, and this is me livestreaming it during Croaktober 2023 utilizing the PS2 version! I played the game on the hardest difficulty, and only struggled with a few bits. The part where you have to descend the stairwell while you have limited ammo and health while soldiers and things are trying to kill you is pretty hard. Otherwise, most of the game was a pleasant stroll down memory lane. You can’t really go wrong with this game during Halloween season, so if you haven’t played this one yet, I recommend it! I wish they’d come out with a remaster or maybe even a multiplayer game based on The Thing. I’d totally be down, especially considering John Carpenter is actually a big gaming fan!
