Getting around to playing F.E.A.R. 3, which was claimed by Ashterial to play alongside me in cooperative! Point Man & Paxton work together to make it back to their mother Alma, shooting up baddies and mechs along the way. We got the non-canon Paxton ending, but was still a lot of fun to do in coop and probably the best experience of a F.E.A.R. game I’ve had out of the three of them, despite being pretty short
I finally play through one of the most highly negative James Bond games ever released. I found the game to be pretty average, but was really impressed with how they did the scenes with the old villains and actors. The gunplay was meh, and I saw a lot of buggy AI. The Skyfall DLC was probably the most unbalanced and broken part of the entire game. Played on normal difficulty
Playing through the original Fall of the Trident campaign plus all of the extra campaigns included in the Retold version of the game on Xbox Gamepass. Lots of childhood nostalgia going back to this again
The sequel to Submerged, this game had been on my list for a long, long time! I am really glad to have finally played this and it did not disappoint! Tons of collectibles again, but the map tells you where they are all at. This game is beautiful with a great soundtrack, which is to be expected. Our protagonist now travels with her little brother and he does a little work this time around as well
This is a sci-fi action stealth shooter that deals with trying to utilize a VR program to go back into time to figure out why a company figure head’s daughter was kidnapped and strapped with a bomb in a kidnapping and ransom plot. We go back through a series of levels to get to the bottom of the story
A puzzle platforming game recommended to me by Featsbeatsgames that I played on the Xbox. I eventually got all of the gamerscore after a few of the collectibles were hard to find. An artistic journey that deals with the stages of grief from a mother’s passing. Soundtrack and visual effects were really good on this one
This hidden cats game has the distinct honor of being the very first one I ever played, back during QuakeCon 2024! I was looking for something quick and casual to play and this game did not disappoint and officially began my guilty pleasure of trying to play all of these games that are out there
This game is heavily Silent Hill inspired, featuring even the chained up door from the fourth game. There is combat from a first person perspective and even boss fights with “not Pyramid Head.” A fun little indie horror experience if you want some more Silent Hill in your life
You are a man that has been abducted and stuck inside a country cabin with an angry maniac trying to find you and kill you. Find the key items in different rooms in the cabin to work your way to escaping for your life! I went for both endings at the end of the game
A man is trapped inside of his apartment building and can’t seem to get out. His female neighbor is trying to help, but scary and weird things are happening and you just can’t figure out why. Sound familiar? Fun, little pixel indie horror game with lots of Silent Hill inspiration
Yet another great hidden cats game brought to you by Devcats! This time, we’re in a giant apartment complex and going floor to floor trying to find all of the pesky kittens and cats! I went for the 100% achievement and gamerscore on this particular game on the Xbox! I already can’t wait for the next one
A game recommended and gifted to me by Twitch user wtfChoc, we played this in 4-player coop alongside Ashterial, Zazzeris & Hype9112004! Lots of fun, a quick little four player party game where each science experiment creature has its own ability to sort through all of the platformer puzzles in the campaign
