It was only a matter of time I finally tackled this and I’m glad I finally did at the beginning of December! Took me long enough, but there were a lot of games to get through before I could finally sit down and really enjoy the expansion to a Diablo IV base game I thought was really good! I played as the brand new spiritborn class that has been added to the expansion all the way through and played through the campaign that follows up the aftermath of the base game. I played on hard difficulty all the way through, while starting a character from scratch. I died a handful of times which isn’t bad for me, and I thought the experience was pretty fun. The second to last boss with the ghosts of my past boss rush was pretty annoying, but other than that I thought the experience was fun. I enjoyed all the little callbacks and throwbacks to Diablo II and being at the Durance of Hate, Travincal and Kuraast. Really fun and brought back a lot of memories. The ending really makes me think what they are going to do next. Another expansion for Diablo IV, or focusing on the future with Diablo V?
