This game felt kind of like if Fall Guys was more about punching and kicking each other. The achievements are not bad at all to obtain, other than one online where you have to have four players to conclusion. Other than that, quick and easy fun and not too hard. I bet this game could be fun with friends if you are looking for something short and stupid to casually play
Croaktober brings to us all the highly anticipated horror and creepy games of the year and Little Nightmares II was no exception! The creepy adventure here felt more polished and defined than the first, but everything was just great. The story was just as weird as you’d expect and the finale is a big jaw dropper. Can’t wait to see how they connect it all together in the third game
Turn your microphone on and don’t make a sound as the game tries to throw everything it can at you and jump scare you! I played this game on two runs, one at normal microphone input and the other at maximum. The first time around was a lot better because I didn’t know what to expect. Not a bad game, but more variety in scares that are actually jump scares would benefit future runs
Many years ago, a laundromat had a horrible fire and lives were lost. Now, a new laundromat opens next door and you go to wash your clothes late one night. Terrible things start happening and a night of horror unravels all around you. This was a fun one
The expansion finally gets its airtime and I play through the entire campaign as the brand new spiritborn class on hard difficulty. Other than one of the final bosses being annoying, I enjoyed the experience and loved seeing all the old Diablo II sites. Spiritborn plays really fun and I had a great time with this expansion campaign
Out of all the games I played during Croaktober 2024, I believe this might have been the biggest sleeper indie hit I played. Lots of fun and the game looks great. Not too challenging and just a fun experience. I recommend this one
The story definitely thinks outside the box, giving Evil Within vibes a bit. The action/combat could be better, as every little thing kills you and the game punishes you for dying unless you completely reset. Not a bad game with unique ideas, but I wasn’t really a fan of the combat and action aspects of the game
After getting my first taste of the “hidden cats” franchise back at QuakeCon 2024, I decided to play the Halloween-themed version during Croaktober on the Xbox for all achievements! Such a great and fun game and I can’t wait to play the rest of these games in the series
Securing all five achievements on this game on my original Xbox 360 in a single game. Going back to these early 360 sports titles is always a fun nostalgic trip for me. It’s fun to nerf the game rules and just have a little bit of outlandish fun for achievements
A very short game about being locked inside a house with different stories going all over the place. Achievements unlock left and right for doing the simplest things. Not too bad, just the final ending area got a bit annoying due to autodeath a few times
This game has one of the stiffest learning curves of any horror game I’ve ever played. For all the text and tutorials it doesn’t really help to explain what you are supposed to do. Once I realized I needed to find randomly placed key items in drawers and chests on all floors of the hotel, things started going a bit smoother. The FMV style gameplay for the killer is a really neat, unique feature though
This didn’t turn out to be a 100% achievements run because I missed some collectibles (there’s a LOT of missables), but I had fun with this one either way. A nice horror game that has a unique story full of Scottish accents. The achievements aren’t too bad, just be prepared to have two runs of the game
