Gears of War: Reloaded has been released in August of 2025 and we immediately jumped in and played! I played alongside ClosingSniper and Cokesodacan then played a bit solo as I went through the campaign on insane difficulty! One of my favorite games of all time, but I couldn’t help but feel like in this version they made the AI a lot smarter. They rush towards you and try to actively flank you, something I felt like they never did in any other version of this game before. It definitely made the gamer harder, especially on Act IV when its already super difficult to begin with. Either way, we were able to get the job done on insane difficulty and I managed to collect all COG tags in the process, nailing that achievement too! We also got the General RAAM in coop insane without either playing being DBNO achievement as well on our first try after ClosingSniper came back in to resume playing again! Just shows what a difference an actual human player can make as compared to the AI teammate!
