The incredible remake of the classic horror title finally arrived in October and I couldn’t wait to get my hands on this game! I loved every second of this game, even if the combat felt a little bit unpolished in some areas, but based upon the original game, it’s definitely an improvement when it comes to that. The audio and visuals were definitely on point and the expanded universe of Silent Hill 2 for James’ story was done absolutely perfectly! The simple fact that you can just look up and down at everything in the world of Silent Hill 2 is just huge in itself. I absolutely loved this playthrough and now I cannot wait for the Xbox release so that I can jump straight into it and get every single achievement in the game, which doesn’t seem that hard to do! I played this on the Steam version and didn’t come across really any issues at all in my experience. Absolutely loved this playthrough and totally recommend!
