Less than a week after playing the original Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, I decided to finally jump into the remastered version of the game and get every single achievement. There were a few differences from the OG game that I remembered from back in the Xbox 360 days, like some of the achievements and a few subtle changes to the story and cutscenes, but I felt like this remaster version of the game was really well done and an amazing upgrade from the amazing game from back in the day. If anyone enjoyed the campaign of COD4, which I think most people did, I highly encourage you to try this campaign out and give it a whirl. The only drawbacks I felt like is that the enemies felt more “bullet spongey,” which was especially noticable while I was trying to do Mile High Club for the achievement. This whole playthrough was done on veteran difficulty obviously, since we were unlocking all of the achievements along the way.
