It’s time for Croakitoad to come to the land of Super Mario RPG! This was the #1 voted game in the Discord server as I let the community vote on what the 800th video game completion will be! This was my second time playing the game and this is on the original SNES version via emulation. I beat the game with my party of Mario, Mallow & Toadstool after a very long and grueling final boss fight that took ages and made me run out of MP items. I found the game overall to be fun and wholesome, but the boss fights provided a big difficulty spike with tons of HP and some “kind of” game breaking mechanics that can easily put you into a game over situation. Otherwise, I had fun revisiting this one and will definitely do the remastered version at some point in the future!
